Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking All tours must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after payment or deposit, as agreed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information when booking (name, number of participants, contact details, etc.). Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded. In case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events that lead us to cancel the tour, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Equipment Damage & Responsibility Any snorkeling equipment lost or damaged due to misuse will incur a €40 fee per item, to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for damage to clients personal equipment (such as phones, cameras, bags, etc.) when: our safety/protective equipment is not used; equipment is used improperly or against staff recommendations. Additional Information Participation in our activities implies full compliance with all safety instructions provided by our team. MADEIRA EXTREME TOUR reserves the right to refuse participation to any person exhibiting inappropriate behavior or posing a safety risk, with no right to a refund.
