By accessing and using this website or booking a tour with MADEIRA EXTREME TOUR, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation after payment.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Free participation is allowed for children under 12, when accompanied by a paying adult.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you may reschedule or request a full refund within 30 days
3. Safety & Responsibility

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our team.

We are not responsible for damage to clients’ personal equipment (phones, cameras, etc.) if:

Our protective equipment was not used; or
-
The equipment was used improperly.

4. Snorkeling Equipment
-
Snorkeling gear that is lost or damaged due to misuse will incur a €40 fee per item, payable by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, text, logo) is the property of MADEIRA EXTREME TOUR and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Jurisdiction
-
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madeira.
